THE PRACTICAL BUYING GUIDES

Your first order: a calm, step-by-step checklist

A clear first-order workflow: save the source, check the variant, review warehouse photos and confirm the parcel before shipping.

You do not need to understand every feature of a buying platform before your first order. You do need a clear record of the item and a moment to review each stage. Keep the first order small enough that you can follow what happens without rushing.

1. Save the right item

Start with one source link. Note the option, size, colour and price you checked, then compare the measurements with something you own. If the listing is unclear, resolve that question before placing the order. Our source-checking guide explains what to record.

2. Review the platform order

Open the link in the buying platform you selected. Check the parsed product, quantity, variant and any notes before submitting it. Read the current service and return terms. Keep the platform order reference alongside your source link.

3. Wait for warehouse information

The purchase stage and the international shipping stage are separate. Follow the platform’s order updates and look at the item once it arrives at the warehouse. If there is a delay or mismatch, ask a specific question about that order rather than starting another order to replace it immediately.

4. Review the item before shipping

Compare warehouse photos with your saved record. Ask for any measurements or close-ups that affect your decision. If you want a return or exchange, check what is still possible before approving parcel preparation. Use our QC checklist as a reminder, not as proof of authenticity or quality.

5. Check the final parcel

Review the parcel contents, packing instructions, destination details and the current route conditions. Keep the final quote and tracking reference. After delivery, compare the result with your notes so your next order is based on your own experience rather than someone else’s headline recommendation.
